I patch CPUMonitor (made by M. Yamaguchi) to display available physical memory, not original PF (Page File).

Usage:
1. Close yzDock
2. Extract zip file to CPUMonitor's folder & run CPUMonitorPatcher.exe & click Patch
3. Run yzDock
