A config and two plugins for SysStats 2.0 that launches and displays the number of unread emails in your mail client. Like all SysStats configs, it will work in AveDesk, YzDock and ObjectDock.

Any mail client that supports MAPI should work, e.g. Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudora etc.

This particular config uses an animated image to indicate the presence of unread mails kindly made by brainbug.

The config includes two new plugins:

- A mail notification meter.
- An animated image overlay.

Each can be used in your own configs. The animated image overlay can be used to diaplay any bitstrip animation for any purpose - this includes any of the animated icons currenly available for ObjectDock.

Because this includes two new plugins for SysStas you MUST quit AveDesk/ObjectDock/YzDock before unzipping. Unzip in the docklets folder of AD/OD or the dock folder of YzDock. Add a SysStats docklet, right click and load the 'mail.ini' config.

You will have to configure the 'Mail Notifier' meter to access your email account - right click on the icon, select 'Configure meters...'. Select the Mail Notifier meter and click 'configure'. Enter the profile name (i.e. the account name), the password and the number of days that unread emails are included in the count.
